As long as it's official and all languages are included, and GOogle didn't seem to flag any issues while approving it - it includes apps that need root, after all, then this can only give it more users. What you have to do is go into commentary settings, advanced, and I forget where but somewhere you can customize your main menu. Hit the add button and scroll down to curtain. Double tap, and from now on when you do the main menu gesture, there is a curtain option which enables your screen curtain. Also, if you have a device running android 8 or higher, you can assign it as a fingerprint gesture. Enjoy! Greetings!The latest APK of the Commentary Screen Reader, can always be found with in its official Telegram Messenger Channel, although there is an "Auto Update" feature, which is checked by default,, thus it should one of these days automagicly upgrade to the latest version. It's item 7.7.1 in the menus. I'm actually not sure if multy touch gestures are indeed patented by Apple, however I can't say I would be surprised if that was indeed the case. I'm happy however that Android can do a pass through unlike iOS, so I hope that ability never goes away and multy touch gestures if ever available will be configurable. 1 finger gestures are quite convenient once you spend some time and get used to them. I'd love to get the premium version of this, but currently have no means of doing so. If somebody is willing to get it for me I would really appreciate it. Two finger gestures are really one finger performing the gesture, but 2finger is a passthrough of sorts. Long press is a similar effect. Hi.Hmm, after reading the manual I see the same problem with this screen reader as I see it in Talkback, a lot of complicated swyping gestures to open menus for choosing a selection mode and the like. wouldn't it be easier using a Voiceover type rotor gesture to switch if you want to jump by chars, words, paragraphs and the like? Also, why would you need gestures to go to the home button or recent apps? You mostly have a button at leased for home and if not, you have a software w´button.I will certainly try the reader out, but as it sounds now, it runs into the same gesture mess which talkback has.Greetings Moritz. The one app which works on most platforms while using a screen reader while watching the show (except with an original Android" device? I am referring to the " Play" controls found on the screen, while a show is playing. Ya have to lock/unlock your phone, in order for them to show up for about 5 seconds or so. If using "Voice Assistant" on "Galaxy devices, you can do that " Two-Finger-Double-Tap" gesture, to "Pause" and " "Resume" the show, thereby bringing the controls back up, " though most of y'all here don't use Galaxy phones, and it's only a "work-a-round" after aLL... With the above said there, the "commentary screen reader," is the only "Modern" Android screen reader, which " properly" works with " Netflix" at this time, with the One-Finger-Double-Tap gesture working "every-single-time" to bring up your "player" controls! Given the hassle of an international purchase, I would be interested in at least a trial or would be happy if they offered contribution ability in some other means. Not quite ready to be a daily driver, but good for experimentation. Which is fantastic, because unlike Shine Plus they really don't have the field to themselves as talkback rapidly improves. The fact they realized that and made the extra elements like this supposed app-bar, per-app gesture configuration, actual interactive screen ocr? and all this makes it actually stand up to its price. This is a screen reader different from the other two you mentioned. QQ is definitely not a perfect platform... but you work with what you can, given all the internet censorship there. One was called dian mi, and the other was Bao Mi. Which is this one, or is this a 3rd? I remember trying to sign up using the international version of qq over 2 years ago, and needing a Chinese person to do it because the international version didn't read part of the log-in screen. The international version had weird things that didn't read so well sometimes. The basic Chinese version seems to be the best of the 3 apps for qq messenger I've tried on ios so far. It can get a lot of spam though. If your phone number doesn't work, try putting 001 in front of it and using it again. I think my sign up failure is linked to the fact that I use my Android device as a secondary thing and it doesn't have a sim in it associated with the number. I mean maybe the service sucks I dunno. Beyond ocr, we have the ability to have app-specific gestures, and an automatic analysis of inaccessible apps. And the ocr apparently has seeing ai like features.
