Inaudible is indeed the dog's bollocks. Or more specifically, ffmpeg (which it uses internally) is. Once you have your activation secret, you can perform a lossless decryption of your Audible books; the resulting files are .m4b which then play in iTunes

I haven't actually used it yet, but I did grab the link that someone posted a while ago. The version I have is 0.71. I'm not sure if there is a newer one now.

First of all, there really isnt a way to convert from one lossy format to another without losing information. When this was a concern for me and I still cared, Id convert to FLAC, which was of course a monstrous waste of space.My long-term advice: dont buy
