I go in with my fire equipment, and do 0 damage with magic attacks, and if I go in with my axe, I do 0 damage as well. Don't know why the difficulty spiked, but I think I did something wrong. Also realised that the thing giving me problems before was talkback lag, so changing to E-speek made that a lot easier. That's one area IOS seems to win on though. The quest rewards give off major lag when swiping for some reason. Any ideas on how to help this process? or is it simply phone related? If you guys have any input on that also, please pm him. Luckily and somewhat surprisingly, I’m having no issues with clicking on stuff and equipping skills and items. Can I just check though that the character creation portraits aren’t yet labelled, and that there are supposed to be blank icons in the early part of the game as well as all the locked tabs. I even try to use CSR but still, the hope skill is not clickable. something wrong with my talkback setting? or my phone setting, perhaps? should I use landscape mode? or should I use diffrent launcher?if someone has samsung a50s , can you help me to confirm this strange bug?There is no way I gonna say pass to this game it has all that features I like. Then it asked me to buy the Hope skill and I did, and it just asked me to equip it, which I was able to do. Try shifting the focus of the screen down by swiping up with 2 fingers. Then try double tapping the hope skill again.I just went back to try it, and it works fine on my end. The game also looks way different than back when I first started. Definitely a lot cooler now, though the portraits dont read yet. As of this writing the game has an average score of 4.6, and the low end reviewers generally complain about its difficulty. Personally though, I would take a challenging and rewarding game like this over one that's just grindy. Sure you gotta grind a bit for gold and resources here but it comes faster now than it used to, but even before then the gameplay is thoughtfully challenging as it is now. Still enjoying my second playthrough, and it's better now with the addition of charms and expandable inventory. In regards to the illusionist quest, you can get a golden key utility skill to disable traps set by the assassin. It's in another quest on that level. The important skills I have are hope, bison strike, flame shield and venomous bolt and tormod's concoction. I also have the ancient shield rune equipped, and I am wearing as much fire resistance gear as I can, and wielding a hunter's bow which does poison damage. The flame shield is to block magic attacks like fire rain and the lightning one, but I always start the fights by using the concoction, then alternate between the 3 poison attacks, which at this point should do around 100 damage each. Try to predict when they will use their magic and flame shield accordingly. You wont block it all, but you'll dish out enough damage to kill the elementalists. The assassin is a little more tricky, but you should also be able to kill him with the same setup and strategy. Maybe switch flame shield for dodge range, but I did it without. Remember that bison strike inflicts poison which damages over time, so maybe let that be your first attack for a head start. Hope that helps. I tried it with sounds too, and it's very cool! The game has also had economical and combat adjustments over various updates, as well as lots of grammatical fixes. If you haven't checked out this one yet, definitely do so if you're looking for a thinking person's rpg and leave the dev a nice review if you like it. This game has really come a long way, and he's done quite a bit to make it more accessible. In all my searching, I have not been able to find a playable game with combat quite like this on the play store. That was a fun and challenging fight! Only tasks, skills, inventory, shop and craft, I can't find stats. One of the things I actually really love about this game, is how it just says locked if an item is locked, because it feels like real progress when something unlocks. In regards to the recent removal of the stamina system, I wonder if you replaced the stamina potions in the reward containers with scraps of wisdom instead. Also, does paying to remove the ads allow for offline play or is the content hosted on a server? For all of the hours of fun this game gave me, I would be perfectly happy to pay to support the project. Was just curious about the ad removal thing because I really would like to continue playing this where I do not have wifi or mobile data. The information page for lesser stamina potion doesn't have a sell button yet. Lastly talkback reads the number of turns of a status effect next to the combatant, but not the effect itself. However double tapping the number does reveal the condition and its effect, and that works fine.Besides that though I'm still having fun with this and am excited to see what's next.
