It's been quite a while since I did play a Dragon Ball game on console, the last one I played was raging Blast, which was pretty forgettable I think. Re: E3 2017 topic oh yeah guys, forgot to tell you for another game which I think is going to be playable: square enix has announced a new dissidia final fantasy game titled dissidia final fantasy NT. it's developed by the devs who brought us the dead or alive games or ninja gaiden games.from what I heard, the game is a 3 vs 3 fighting game, and in this game there is 2 battle presets to use, battle set A and set B. Re: E3 2017 topic @Pulseman45 I believe this dbz game is different because it's 2.5d, so you move around on a d2 plane but the characters look 3d. The game will also ahve stereo sound. You can do stuff like quarter circle motions and buttons to do special attacks, or two buttons for super. So if you know how to do fireballs in games like killer instinct or street fighter then you'll be fine. The system seems to be light, medium, heavy, and a special button. The special button is like a mini projectile which can also be deflected somehow.@Hanif I think there may be a story mode here and most of those in arcsys games are either scenes with fights, or in some cases watchable modes. I think this game is typed as DragonBall FighterZ with no space. This is a 2d, four-button dragonball fighter from the creators of Blazblu and Guilty Gear, with assists and supers. It will definitely be available on the xbox one and ps4, and possibly pc too!Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite gets a new story trailer and some new character announcements, including marvel villain Thanos, and heroes Gamora, Rocket Raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy. Rocket can also call on the creature known as Groot to help him. There is also lot of returning characters from ultimate marvel vs capcom 3, such as Nova and Spensor. There is also a playable story demo available for everyone to download on both ps4 and xbox one. The combo system is really quite exxciting in this game.Kille r Instinct gets a new character trailer for someone called Eagle, who is an archer-type character who can fire arrows, either as singles or as a flurry of three. His release date is late June, around June 27 or 28.Also, thanks to post 4 for the heads up here. Blade Strangers is another fighting game that's coming for ps4 and pc. The crowd went absolutely nuts when they announced it, and for me, I had no idea it was coming and my jaw nearly fell onto the floor. They have announced that one of the first games to take advantage of this, will be Chrimson Skies, and more info will be given later this year. If they bring Midway Arcade Treasures back, I am absolutely down for this. Also, what was that midway fighting game called they released as well? Lotus fist or something like that? Released a long time ago. Also what other games could we be talking about here when this happens?Oh, and marvel vs capcom infinite got a new story trailer. Sea of Thieves definitely looks interesting and Artful Escape sounds like a unique concept.The One X, on the surface of it, looks like a smaller narrower One S. The ports are raised towards the top of the console, with a small nub sticking out to mark the HDMI out port. The controllers have the textured grips of the One S controllers, which I'm personally a fan of. Now looking to see how many games take advantage ofthe atmos support for games. Gears will definitely do that, but we'll see where other games take it and how headset manufacturers support it as well. Re: E3 2017 topic There was the announcement of a fighting game called Blade Strangers. It wasn't on any of the press conferences. I think, it was shown in one of these shows between the big events. I stumbled upon it coincidentaly. Apparently, it will be released on PC, Ps4 and the Switch, and has characters from different videogames. As far as I know, the release date is somewhere in 2018. E3 2017 topic Hi,Who here has been watching or keeping up with the news from E3 2017? I think there's been some quite cool things so far.As Sightless has said in the microsoft briefing topic, the xbox one scorpio is now called the Xbox One X. It will be the smallest xbox console but it's being touted as the most powerful, with 4k support but even if you don't ahve a 4k tv, it will still work. It has faster loading times for the games as well, and any game that gets released for xbox one x will work on normal xbox one as well, so it's more like a sort of mid-cycle console update. The price has been announced as 499 us dollars, which, I think, translates to around 450 british pounds.There is a new DragonBall game, I believe it's called Dragon Ball FighterZ or something similar. I am also liking the sound of some stuff that I'm assuming will be unplayable, including state of decay 2 and Middle Earth Shadow of War.One game that I'm going to be keeping a proverbial eye on though, is something called the Artful Escape.This is going to be a side scroller but there's going to be a lot of musical elements. You enter a multiverse and you end up jamming with creatures, flying through the sky and even sing light beams to do this. The music you play with a guitar that you have, will also be part of the game's background music apparently, although info on this game is really hard to find at the moment so I think it's very early days. I think the new Assassin's Creed sounds ok as well.From what I'm hearing ther's an EA Games conference with some stuff about Star WArs Battlefront 2, so if anyone can find a link to that it would be awesome even just to listen to.I'm guessing Fifa was announced as well. What other stuff ahve I missed, and what are people looking forward to? I'm wondering what Sony will reveal! Also, what fighting game news there will be!
