Well, actually you can call it not constructive criticism but the devs are releasing games and they are just doing everything wrong in every single one when talking about mechanics.The first Inquisitor game was the best one from everything I've played from them even, if it was buggy as hell that was fun a lot! This one dissussed here? Well, a pile of crap with totally screwed audio mixing, wrong implemented navigation / battle system (well, battle in this game is just the most frustrating and boring I ever seen in turn-based games)Main problem with navigation is how slow it works. Waiting for these click after every single step is just boring and frustrating making me sleepy. Voice acting is kinda interesting but the mixing sucks plus so sad, they replaced the previous actor who played inquisitor, He was wy much better!No idea if I am just the one who needs really solid games (not complex, it is different!) but I can't see solid and stability in their productions.Look for japanese devs for example and you will understand what I mean by saying solid gameplay and stable game with complex (but not all the times) and fantastic even if the easy gameplay (Nyanchan small projects or Audio strike, just examples)And finally, don't judge the game by how it sounds! They are quite tricky to navigate, especially because of the way the navigation system works in this game. I wish you could walk in all four directions without turning. That would make the navigation much easier for me, which is the reason for I haven't played the game much the last week. I did as you suggested and maged to make it as far as the road t the monastery but then got turned around ... right back onto the road to the church. Do the exits dump you into the center of the map or is it possible to go right back through without getting lost? This is very much a maze game; I wish the wall sounds were continuous, but I'm getting used to them. The clicks are easy to miss in the ambience though. It was specifically advertised as a rogue like RPG, but there is nothing rogue like or RPG esk about it. inquisitor’s heartbeat is a fun game because we got what we were advertised, an adventure game where you walk a prison, freeing yourself and others as you go. The first game was phenomenal, and again, we got exactly what we were advertised, a point and click adventure game where the story comes first, and the story was great. blind quest was exactly what we got, A very watered down version of what we were promised, but we still got it. And yes, the story compared to this and blind quest is uncanny. This series definitely has the better story. however, the one game that absolutely hit the mark was blind gladiator. It was exactly what I expected it to be, and the little buggy, it was and still is their best game on the market. that is exactly what I wanted blind quest to be, but, as I said before, it was a watered down version of that, which is quite a shame. I wish I could actually purchase this on the Mac app store, but I'm running Catalina so even if I could it probably wouldn't work. Now, I have a question for all of you who say the game is bad. Don't you think constructive feedback is better than whining and complaining? If the developer doesn't respond to feedback on the forum, why not send an email listing any bugs you come across? If the game is not RPG, then call it an adventure game; that doesn't change the fact that it's a good game. I'll admit that if I were to choose between this game and Blind Quest, I would rather play this.
