Re: Elgato Game Capture hd60s help? @27Glad yo've got it pretty much working.  I personally don't have your issue due to a different audio setup, but you could possibly change the audio volume in your Windows sound mixer options.  Not 100% sure if that'll resolve it but it could be useful

Elgato Game Capture hd60s help? Anyone willing to diagnose the problems of an idiot? Not sure why this is so complicated... I've plugged everything in, and everything should be set up in OBS. But I don't get audio when monitoring except for an occasional pop, and nothing comes out
