Make sure to also type the percent signs, whether it be into the address bar in an explorer window or in the run dialog. delete the gen_py folder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, and after uninstalling I did clear out the ApData folder in which the RS stuff was located, but unfortunately, the application still will not launch. It just sits there, and doesn’t even give me a (not responding) message. Nothing happens. I hope that the information I have given is sufficient for further assistance. Re: RS Games Client on Windows 10 Not Launching a couple things:First of all, is it giving you any sort of error when you try to launch it?Secondly, make sure that you go into your app data folder after you uninstall the program and remove any access files left over.
