You could try Adapter, but its accessibility is slightly questionable, though it does have a wide list covering video, audio and image formats.

Hello.I have saved some video URLs and would like to convert them. I have the GUI version of youtube/dl, Not the latest one, that one doesn't have buttons labeled but an earlyer version.I know how to use it but am interested in converting the videos to the webM format
