Depending on where you go yoou may see scary decorations and occasionally, in the more wealthy areas yu'll see trick or treaters, but generally it isn't practiced here since most people have a gate in their yards and you'd have to be yelling trick or treat at the top oph your lungs just to get someone to answer. But the whole concept oph halloween isn't really a thing beyond silly school phund raisers, and a phew extra bats in places. Also, its devali around this time, so its more overshadowed by that. Re: happy Halloween As Aaron said, Halloween isn't really a big deal in the UK, there might be kids parties or the like, and occasionally shops will sell specific things. A couple of times as a child my cousin used to have pretty cool Halloween parties with costumes and weird games, but other than that, I don't think we've ever done anything special beyond tv having a creepy lineup, indeed bonfire night on November the fifth always seems to be a much bigger deal, though thinking about it, celebrating the time a medieval terrorist got burned alive while the leaders of the plot got off scot free is probably not too much of a better national holliday than just having fun with ghosts and monsters for the hell of it .I'm afraid for my lady and I, Halloween and likely bonfire night as well mean absolutely nothing right now due to lockdown, but that's how things are at the moment. Also, this is the time when people have their harvest festival, and november is all saints day.
