Re: android app recommendations for the visually impaired so I found out what happened to eye-d finally. It appears you have to opt in to be a beta tester to be able to get it. This is because  I had commented that they were suspending some of their services temporarily as they are right

Re: android app recommendations for the visually impaired They may be thinking of iOS, which dropped 32 bit support from their systems completely. Google did implement new guidelines [here] though that state all new and updated apps must include a 64 bit version starting in august 2019
