There is also a router involved. The TP (or any device) can't tell the difference between the router being turned off/rebooted/renewing its IP leases etc and the server being shutdown/rebooted. You would get really annoyed if the TP didn't auto reconnect after any of those events. What's the

I believe if you have your system set up properly, and are making full utilization of the information available - 16/44.1 or 24/96 - you will be happy with either. I am now there. I dont cringe at 16/44.1. I dont drool over 24/96. My opinion is, if you are hearing a LARGE difference in 24/96 -

Are you switching between mysqueezebox.com and your local server ? upgrade you local server to = 7.5.2 . Or don't switch , listen to radio trough local server ,configure the mysquuzeebox.com tab in the settings of the server now you have all functions that mysb.com has + some more, given that

Hi I have a few 96/24 ALAC tracks (converted from 96/24 FLACS by XLD) that I am trying out on the transporter Why does it say for example: Bitrate 2983kbps VBR (converted to 705kbps FLAC) Sample Rate 96kHz Sample size 24 bits Is it being downgraded by the transcoder to non hi rez at 705kbps?
