We have a few Telstra "resold" wholesale services via AAPT, but thankfully only have one site with the 99% packet loss issue. Our's is in Heidleburg, and the one packet every minute or so is actually annoyingly taunting in nature. Also no feedback from fault, case, chasing updates. Something
