Update I’ve had from 5G is
“Sub station in citipower failure, caused ups batteries to fail. We believe ups
at vocus also failed. Mains restored before UPS could be brought back online.
Waiting response from citipower. Maintenance on ups completed within last 2
months.”

Is there a Melbourne IT contact on list?
Having issues with webportal for DNS records creating and not updating
global DNS. Have tried support lines over past two days and not getting
desired escalation results.
