It appears to have been a Megaport issue, we saw NSW die and a massive increase
in multicast traffic before it did. Checking our other Megaport stats and we
see similar increases in multicast traffic across the rest of our ports too.
Things seem to have settled down again now.

guess it's that at a minimum 4 lots of copper, 4 NCD's that are reverse
powering the DPU so more risk to everyone connected/more chance at lightning
impacting additional houses or users.
