From our experience they are delivering it as Fibre to the Basement. Which is
essentially FTTN.
At the MDF they have their fibre cabinet that converts it to a copper VDSL
service.
They install two more Copper frames
responsibility of the ISP/Customer to get it to the shop from
there.
