The "TT" for -o tty goes back to POSIX.2-1992.

The "TTY" for -f and -l is older - it was in XPG3 (and probably XPG2
although I didn't check).  These options were not in POSIX.2.

So the question is whether the original POSIX.2 developers deliberately
chose a different heading for -o tty from the one used by -f/-l in XPG3.
Since there is nothing in the rationale to say it was deliberate, it
seems reasonable to assume it was not.
