Russian man pages

Hi all, I took a look at master branch recently (I sticked to use 3.4 branch for now due to its stability) and noticed awesome is missing Russian translation for man pages. I had some free time, so I decided to fill this gap. Here I send the patch with Russian manpages (UTF-8 encoded). Please
