Title: Axis 1.1 Final
Hello,
The link to Axis 1.1 (Final Version) is no longer valid. Can you please update the link and also provide a location where it can be downloaded from? We have a live product that was tested against the 1.1 version and we don't have the manpower to retest

Hi gang!
Just a quick question on the status of the Axis 1.1 final release? I know there was a
freeze on Sunday June 8, 2003. Do we think the copy in
http://ws.apache.org/axis/dist/1_1/ is going to be it? What if any issues are we
waiting on? Have the TCK results been submitted.

So you mean 20653/20655? Sorry, I clearly wasn't paying enough

Maybe Europe isn't a target market for Axis anymore ;).
I would call #15133 a major showstopper. The encoding for Strings is pretty

In my opinion this is indeed a serious bug, but I would not advocate
accepting Jens' patch, as it just papers over the real problem. Yes, it
will work, but it's neither cheap nor elegant (as I'm sure Jens would
concede).
Ok, Axis 1.1 has slipped a week from our latest target (3/10). I
recommend that we do one final review of the buglist to search for items
that are actually critical/blockers then cut the release on Monday.

Any chance that a non-release candidate version of Axis 1.1 will be released by this Friday? I'd like to use it for lab exercises in a course I'm teaching and was looking forward to testing it with my labs this weekend
