In the client side if some one want to engage
module or modules the only way he can do that through lib jar files , that is
there should be lib file with following nature.
/META-INF
/org/apache.
/modules/any axis2 module
But my idea is this is not enoughand in the
client side

is to get a clean update and check.
I checked the source distribution but as I can see the IOUtils is there in

yup, it is same as server side handlers , what you
have to do is write a simple module putting your handlers and then put that in
the client side repository and use the call's constructor which takes client
side repository as argument.Next engage your module.
