However, it's not FTDNA's fault that people don't email back. The same thing happens on AncestryDNA and 23andMe as well. Not everyone answers back. Sometimes it's them and sometimes it's the sender. If someone is managing multiple kits and the email says "Hi I match you" they have no idea who

Cheri, I'm on my way out and unable to translate it until tomorrow. In any case, heads up to anyone who may do so is that the "observation" regarding the little chapel is indeed what they call it "o Imperio" it looks like a chapel but it's not. This is where they store the Crowns and Flags
