Maria was born to a single mother and a widow. I would like to know the words after the father's name that I assume is his admitting to being the father. Starts on line 4 with "viuvo…" and ends next line I believe with"...sua filha ??, fregueses…" (bottom right)

Please help with parents' names for Antonio, bottom left. I see Rafael Spinola (Espinola) and his wife ? Catharina (what is that before Catharina?). I see that they live in Fonte do Mato, which is in this parish and after that is the birthdate of 28 Apr 1731.
