I believe Cheri has it all correct. Pedro Furtado Leite is the priest. It says his is beneficiado? em esta (same as nesta?) Matriz. I believe a beneficiado is a position in the clergy. On the top left record on this image it has the same format except the clergy member is Cura Manuel Lopes
