I am not aware of any. Saudades da Terra (it's in Portuguese) may have
some, but it is not comprehensive. I think it's a 5 or 6 volume set.

There is a book that you can buy on Amazon called Acores Nove Ilhas, Uma
Historia--Azores, Nine Islands, One History by Susana Goulart Costa. It is
written in two parts, Portuguese and English. It is a good overall history
of the islands as a whole. It's $24.95 plus S & H.
