Richard, Cisaltina is the current spelling. The letter "C" is soft sounded and the letter "S" is sounded off as in the letter "Z", (Seezaltina), and yes it is a common name. Ramalho is in the parish of Sao Jose, Ponta Delgada. However, there is no one by this name born there in 1891, 1892 and
