I have two books written by Maria Norberta Amorim for Lajes, I believe she also is the author for the Prainha and Santo Amaro books. I like these books because the cover every household in the Village and the order is set up in the order that the houses were located in 1883 many of those houses

I have been unable to establish a direct link with him. If I recall he has lines from Castelo Branco, Faial or near there I have found that I share quite a bit of DNA with matches from Castelo Branco, I have one Faria line not my direct paternal line, which links to Castelo Branco. I suspect
