a question about the Neps website. Are those people listed done so as the
Azores gov't goes through the books and lists them by name, what I'm
wondering are the results you find on the Neps website spot on accurate

I have found mistakes on the NEPS site. I would use the site as a source
to help look for the actual documents. In my opinion, some of it is
accurate and some is not.

From what we can glean out of the written Portuguese, the NEPS site is a
sociology study. They do not have entire families. They skipped the
babies who had no parents (huh, they aren't part of society?) and I don't
remember what else.
