They are on Santa Maria island right now. If I'm not mistaken, the only
things left are Graciosa (4 freguesias) and the council of Ribeira Grande
(about a dozen or so freguesias). So which way will they go? 4 freguesias
and get that out of the way or finish up Sao Miguel and get that out
