The parents aren't "incognitos". We have all the names of the parents, in the
1600's. Sorry, I did understand wrong.
We just need to do the connection to mainland.

Cheri, I am in touch with my three matches and I am aware of their direct
maternal lines and they know about my family tree. Two of them cannot get
connect from the Azores to mainland Portugal. This is a problem. I don't know
why is hard to do the connection to mainland Portugal.
I think that
Many times the records do not exist to connect us to the mainland. I think
I got only 2 of my lines out of the Azores. I suspect that many could only
get a few lines out.

No cause of death is given. I think what you are seeing are the sacraments the
child had. She only received penitence and no others, because she died during
extremeunction.
