There's a book with the marriages for all of Flores. I don't have Flores
ancestry, but there are others on this list that do and own the book.
Someone might be able to do a look up for you. Once you know the freguesia,
you can order the film and start researching your ancestry.

da is a contraction for of the is is used with feminine words.
do is a contraction of of the and is used with masculine words.
These are literal translations, so it doesn't always make sense with
surnames. They are just prefixes.
