When I entered today, I got the same Please complete message in red, it
turned out that the code they want you to enter into the box at the end has
a space in it, which I had not entered the first time. Try again if you
haven't gotten in yet. ;

Yeh, I did that, there was a * at the telephone number so I knew to add the
dashes, but something else is wrong and that's what I can't figure out.
