backups, it doesn't seem like you should even bother with it. Because
even at 4MB/second, that is still only 32 Mbit/sec, which a 1Gbps
connection can clearly handle just fine.

Throughput for this server is generally below average. Some of my older
workstations can get 4 MB/sec. This server

Teamed NICs need to be configured at both host and switch ends and at least on
the linux
