I think you are over working your include line. This one works for me, you may
need to adjust for your path(s):
@|sh -c 'for f in /etc/bacula/clients.d/*.conf ; do echo @${f} ; done'

You correctly mention that it has to talk SCSIit's an external USB drive
and I don't know the internals of the drive.
Apart from that, I'm still waiting for an answer on a earlier question about
database tables. Bacula hasn't run yet because there are no Bacula
