Re: [bareos-devel] uninstall bareos
It should be possible to run a 18.2 client on an older director. This documentation describes the way how to run a non encrypted connection: https://docs.bareos.org/bareos-18.2.html#bareosfd-18-2-with-bareos-before-18-2. Unfortunately the director can not connect to the client any more, I suppose, this is a version problem. Now I want to uninstall bareos 17.2 and then upgrade to 18.2 using apt. Unfortunately "make uninstall" is not available. Does anyone have any hints on how to uninstall bareos 17.2 which was installed by compiling it?
