My guess is that you have your storm set to auto-enable the mass storage when connected to the computer. I've found that there are problems with this and things like VMWare and VirtualBox. Are you using either? Also, I've found with my Tour 9630, once you connect it to the computer, the phone w

I've got a Storm 9530 that works as a usb-storage device. However, I've found that the udev rule installed by default by barry-0.16 (file /etc/udev/10-blackberry.rules) interferes with the usb-storage driver. The kernel gets as far as "waiting for device to settle", but the /dev/sdb1 device never
