I've just loaded a 60-hyb Affy experiment on our production server using the new import plugins. Everything worked fine! No RSI! The only thing I am having to do manually is inherit biosources to raw bioassays. This is easy enough to do on the experiment page (shift click on raw bioassay names

Hi, I just uploaded a new version of the spreadsheet to the wiki. I think you should use that one instead. Some column names have changed so if you have created configurations for the previous sample file you need to update the configurations. The changes are from Array design and down to rawb
