Hi,
I'm importing the following plate information through the plate "384_wells
import plate".
384_number 384_column 384_row 384_position oligo_id
plate_1 1 A A1 SEQ12345
plate_1 2 A A2 SEQ12346
plate_1 3 A A3 SEQ12347

Hi,
After checking the sql structure of the database I realized that the table
PlateMappingDetails contains indeed int values for all fields. I would have
imagined that one could eventually use a letter instead of an integer.
What do you think ?
Thanks Nicklas for you quick answer regarding the conversion from string to
int.
I have decided to import the data using the string to int conversion.
However I'm trying to export the plate wells back again to a file using the
default exporter and get a bug. I'm not sure that in this case the nu
Hello,
I'm trying to import a GPR file and had some problems. I have submitted the

Hello Ana,
I had the same problem a while a go...
Indeed Base does not handle this yet as it is expecting a value for this
field. It may seem strange but it's like that at the moment.
The way around solution is to ignore the lines that contains the string
error in the parser(configure the plugin m
the importer (a pity
for the M value) and compute this in a later step. I am not yet that far in
BASE, so I do not know at the moment how you do this, but I expect this will
be possible.
Thanks anyway
Ana

Hello,
Are there any plans to support luminex expression data based on beads ?
The overall workflow for tracking the samples is the same, the only think
that change is that instead of usign arrays, it would be beads.
If not , do you knwo of any available lims system for beads ?
