What happened was I copied those xml files to $CATALINA_HOME/webapps/www/...
rather than the base install dir. I'm thinking what I was thinking is that
once I had the Base2 website up, it was “installed” under tomcat, not
connecting the fact that I had to go to the origina

When running the job the summary window gives: Bead Summary importer Executing:
New raw bioassay -parsed 93094 lines in 2 files Preparing database for
import... Then eventually crashes with OutOfMemoryErrror: Java heap space.
