I've encountered this very annoying problem editing an HTML document. To add a DIV around a TABLE the whole table's lines were selected, I pressed ctrl-D keys and the new BBEdit pop-up was at the bottom-side of screen but almost outside screen (!!!) and I could just see only the beginning of
