i'm trying to make 2 scripts to convert between IOS and Android i18n
formats to work. I've gotten Android -> IOS to work, but the other way
around is a challenge.
Basically, for each row in a file i want to convert

to
*Do you need
Perhaps I should have pointed out that I always work out of BBEdit's
projects these days. The docs are then stacked in the same window.
The logic of the diff is:
Two docs open - feature available.
Two docs + scratchpad open - feature not available.
One doc + scratchpad open - feature not
