Random Scrolling when in Background

I've been using BBEdit for nearly 20 years and I can't believe I didn't know about this group! Since upgrading to 10.10 (maybe 10.9 -- I don't quite remember), I've seen files open in BBEdit show an annoying behavior. When in the background, the top file will randomly scroll up. I'll be working
