You can still use type and creator. The SetFile developer tool still

Damnable Google groups has word wrapped the text of my AppleScript.
Something needs to be done about that.
Save this AppleScript as a drag and drop application. You'll have to
change the path to the SetFile tool.

I just upgraded my system software and since then all my bbedit files
have lost the bbedit icon and instead, though saved as html documents,
have an IE icon and open in Internet Explorer
What do i need to do to save in BBedit now and keep the bbedit as the
default program. It is driving me nutz.

BBEdit.app as the application to open the file.

aware, however, that '.html' files are, by default, normally opened/
used by browsers. This change will not affect your web browsing but it
rather
