I agree completely! Whole food first. As an experiment I started using raw
garlic as a preventative since someone posted a piece by Jim Duke here on
BDNow during the anthrax scare in the fall of 2001.

Every one to their own. I would prefer to take a couple of fish oil
capsules, than eat the whole shark that was killed for it's liver.

You're right, Jane. Nothing beats whole (organic when possible) foods, lots
of good water, regular exercise, and a cheerful, positive outlook on life --
and Transfer Factor which can bullet proof one's immune system.
