Re: [beagleboard] i2c bus speed and cape universal...
Got around to actually testing and I was completely wrong. With the latest bone kernel (4.19.26-bone26), I cannot get the faster i2c bus and still have universal working. As soon as I add the BB-I2C2-FAST-FPP-00A0.dtbo overlay, all the pinmux files are gone and thus none of the "config-pin" things work. :( Dan On Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 4:41:47 PM UTC-5, Daniel Kulp wrote: > > > OK. Re: [beagleboard] Re: operating system on eMMc or on Sdcard
If you want the "console version" corresponding to the "official release" version (Debian 9.5 10-7-2018), you can look here: https://debian.beagleboard.org/images/rcn-ee.net/rootfs/bb.org/testing/2018-10-07/stretch-console/ I don't know how official is it, but it works fine. --- Graham On Fri, Mar 1, 2019 at 8:31 AM Robert Nelson wrote: > On Fri, Mar 1, 2019 at 3:03 AM Chris Green wrote: > > > > Graham wrote: > > > There are three versions of the release package. > > > The lxqt version is slightly less than 4 GB total, and should only be > used > > > if you want everything, including the video drivers. > > > the IoT Version removes the video drivers and associated packages, but > > > leaves everything else, and is about 2 GB > > > The "console" version is the smallest, is Debian plus console and > minimum > > > BBB packages, and is only about 1 GB, but then you can add in only > what you > > > need. > > > > > However it seems to me that it's often difficult to find the > > current/latest console version.
