BES 5. I have a department head who is changing roles and is passing her BB on
to her successor. She wants to keep locally saved contacts, etc., for her
successor, but remove her Exchange data. I deleted all of the desktop service
books and deleted her from the BES, but that did not remove

In my experience, when a thread is hung it's an Exchange issue. See any errors
at the time of the issue that correlate?

I wonder if MAPI/CDO versions could be part of it as well. I know I've had some
issues with systems that weren't using the recommended version and issues that
didn't seem obvious to be a CDO problem.
