Has anybody else nothing a significant delay on getting a result on
clicking on New Music in the latest Beta - I have a big collection -
over 3,000 albums but its taking a minute to get to the new music
screen from the home page. I can't see any other delays in the system
which otherwise seems OK

that it's a support issue (probably meaning that I'm doing something
wrong). Can anyone help me figure out what I might be doing wrong?
I got the latest MusicMagic (1.7) and made sure the API
i'm not sure why they said this is a support issue. many people (myself
included)have been unable to get music magic to work with 6.5 and no
amount of trouble shooting seems to fix it.

Yes I am. I have downloaded the nightly build 4 times over the last
four weeks.Same problem each time. This is really the only issue for me
with the beta.

clean the Cache folder found under your slimserver installation folder.

That screenshot is definitely old data. You've got some old templates
there, or some odd mixup along the way has kept an old copy of Random
around. Check the contents of Plugins/RandomPlay/HTML. It should now
only have an EN folder. Get rid of any of the others. Also look for

I decided to start over. Uninstall, delete everything.
Reinstalledit works.

6800 songs, C3/1GHz, 25 albums to display: 2-3 seconds (player and web
interface). There must something be wrong with your configuration.

I did have a (non functioning i thought) moodle installation (vle for
schools that uses mysql and apache) - could some of that still be
running and getting in the way? I does seem like i have something

Previous time was from the webUI with 'Show Artist with Albums' enabled.

appears the new view is causing this. Its all Unicode. I can post
