Usable state on which planet? I mean the thing doesn't even show my player nor does it even show any players in the drop down box. So I have no volume control or play/pause control. When I set up a streaming player it doesn't even show since the whole right side of the default interface is dead.

Must agree with the original poster -- I've been using 7.4 for the last 10 days or so and find it very usable. Even though I haven't been on the 7.4 train all that long, many changes have come down the pipe and they've all dropped into place fairly smoothly. Kudos to the developers for managing
