mysquezebox.com says my Touch is not connected, offers no way to connect
to, yet (contradictorily) opens a Remote Control window where it can
find internet radio stations

Logitech app under android 4.0.3 can see internet stations, Squeezer
under 4.0 can see the LAN music folder.

They're all on the same network with the server, a half dozen other PCs
& laptops, a smart phone and a few other devices.

The player is probably connected to MySqueezebox.com, that's why the
Logi App finds it there. Try to move it under "My Music" on the Touch.
To get radio menus in LMS you need to enter your MySb account
credentials in settings in the server's web interface

When I enter "mysqueezebox.com" into an IP address lookup page, I get
three IP addresses:
50.17.234.107
23.21.99.135
50.17.35.141
All three addresses point me

Ok assuming that you can play music from the web-UI of your local LMS (
even if a direct answer is absent ).
Can the local LMS web-UI see your radio stations and apps and services
if you use any of those and your favourites if you have saved any .

Hmm... the controlling app should show the player's menu. What do you
see on the player when controlling with the various apps? Does local
music work when controlled from the player itself, while Squeezer would
