I just checked in support for searching Web of Science in BibDesk, so you can try it now if you compile from subversion, or wait for the next nightly/daily build. Thanks to James Howison and Rajarshi Guha for doing the preliminary work on this. Support for publication types is limited, since

Perfect -- I just installed your ScriptingAdditions + BibDesk Scripts and this produces smart capitalized titles. Exactly what I was looking for. I found it more handy to disable the last message display line in your cap. script. The beep is enough :) I now need to solve out how to deal with Fren
