It does depend somewhat on what you mean by concurrent sessions.
Do you mean incoming queries?
Do you mean incoming zone transfers?
Do you mean outgoing zone transfers?
Each is a different tunable.
Ultimately, system-wide file descriptor limits do come in to play, but the zone
transfers listed
