Hi everyone,
I'm not getting notifications at all when the build status of the package I
am maintaining changes (
http://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/GenomicInteractions.html
in this case, which broke due to changes in data.table), they are only
going to my co-maintainer. I've

Dear BioC team,
I noticed some problem with keggLink() function of KEGGREST package, and it can
be traced back to KEGG REST API Linked entries. Some of this API function is
broken. For example, the following line used to get all gene-pathway mapping
for human, but retrieves nothing now.

It seems that rgl is not currently installed on the Windows build servers.
Is that because it is "difficult" (i.e. requires external packages) or just
an oversight?
Best,

Thanks. So I will not assume that regular users on Windows might have
problems with installing rgl. I don't want to indirectly depend on a
package which causes grief on Windows for this particular package (I get
rgl from depending on mixOmics).
Best,
Kasper

Hi Christian, Dan,
thank you for reporting your issues with using BiocStyle. I didn't
experience such problems before, I use "`r pkg_ver('EBImage')`" in my
package vignette and both R CMD build and R CMD check pass without errors,
without the need of prepending 'BiocStyle::' to the the pkg_ver.
